1.废气处理 (Waste gas treatment)

化学实验室室内空气污染物的种类很多,成分复杂,主要空气污染物包括有机气体和无机气体两大类(有机气体包括四氯化碳、甲烷、乙醚、乙硫醇、笨、醛类等。无机气体包括一氧化碳、二氧化碳、卤化氢、硫化氢、二氧化硫等)。

这些气体如果直接排放到大气中,会加剧酸雨形成,构成严重的社会公害,人如果吸入较多会造成直接伤害,所以需要对此废气处理达标后排放。

There are many kinds of indoor air pollutants in chemistry laboratory with complex components. The main air pollutants include organic gases and inorganic gases (organic gases include carbon tetrachloride, methane, ether, ethyl mercaptan, benzene, aldehydes, etc.). 处理原理  /  Processing principle

a.稀释扩散法 (Dilution diffusion method)

原理:将有臭味地气体通过烟囱排至大气,或用无臭空气稀释,降低恶臭物质浓度以减少臭味。适用范围:适用于处理中、低浓度的有组织排放的恶臭气体。优点:费用低、设备简单。缺点:易受气象条件限制,恶臭物质依然存在。

Principle: the odorous gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney, or diluted with odorless air to reduce the concentration of odorous substances to reduce the odor. Scope of application: it is applicable to the treatment of medium and low concentrations of organized odor gases. Advantages: low cost and simple equipment. Disadvantages: it is easy to be limited by meteorological conditions, and malodorous substances still exist.

b.水吸收法 (Water absorption method)

原理:利用臭气中某些物质易溶于水的特性,使臭气成分直接与水接触,从而溶解于水达到脱臭目的。

Principle: make use of the characteristics that some substances in the odor are easily soluble in water to make the odor components directly contact with water, so as to dissolve in water to achieve the purpose of deodorization.

c.曝气式活性污泥脱臭法 (Aeration activated sludge deodorization)

原理:将恶臭物质以曝气形式分散到含活性污泥的混和液中,通过悬浮生长的微生物降解恶臭物质 适用范围广。

Principle: the odor substances are dispersed into the mixed liquid containing activated sludge in the form of aeration, and the odor substances are degraded by suspended microorganisms, which has a wide range of application.

d.多介质催化氧化工艺 (Multi medium catalytic oxidation process)

原理:反应塔内装填特制的固态填料,填料内部复配多介质催化剂。当恶臭气体在引风机的作用下穿过填料层,与通过特制喷嘴呈发散雾状喷出的液相复配氧化剂在固相填料表面充分接触,并在多介质催化剂的催化作用下,恶臭气体中的污染因子被充分分解。适用范围:适用范围广,尤其适用于处理大气量、中高浓度的废气,对疏水性污染物质有很好的去除率。

Principle: the reaction tower is filled with special solid filler, and the filler is internally compounded with multi-media catalyst. When the odor gas passes through the packing layer under the action of the induced draft fan, it is fully contacted with the liquid-phase compound oxidant ejected in a divergent mist through the special nozzle on the surface of the solid-phase packing, and the pollution factors in the odor gas are fully decomposed under the catalysis of the multi-media catalyst. Scope of application: it has a wide range of application, especially for the treatment of large gas volume, medium and high concentration waste gas, and has a good removal rate of hydrophobic pollutants.

e.低温等离子体 (low temperature plasma)

低温等离子体是继固态、液态、气态之后的物质第四态,当外加电压达到气体的着火电压时,气体分子被击穿,产生包括电子、各种离子、原子和自由基在内的混合体。放电过程中虽然电子温度很高,但重粒子温度很低,整个体系呈现低温状态,所以称为低温等离子体。低温等离子体降解污染物是利用这些高能电子、自由基等活性粒子和废气中的污染物作用,使污染物分子在极短的时间内发生分解,并发生后续的各种反应以达到降解污染物的目的。

Low temperature plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid state, liquid state and gas state. When the applied voltage reaches the ignition voltage of gas, gas molecules are broken down to produce a mixture including electrons, various ions, atoms and free radicals. In the process of discharge, although the electron temperature is very high, the temperature of heavy particles is very low, and the whole system presents a low-temperature state, so it is called low-temperature plasma. Low temperature plasma degradation of pollutants is to use these high-energy electrons, free radicals and other active particles and pollutants in waste gas to decompose pollutant molecules in a very short time and produce subsequent reactions to achieve the purpose of degrading pollutants.
